• Flat rates apply for standard delivery.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders meeting our minimum spend threshold.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS. You can monitor your package status through our "Track Order" page or the courier's website.

4. Delayed Delivery
