Return & Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• Product is unused, in original packaging, and tags are intact.
• The item must be returned with all accessories and free gifts (if any).

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Customer Dashboard.
2. Select the order you wish to return and click "Request Return".
3. Upload a clear photo/video showing the issue.
4. Wait for our team to approve your request.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (bKash/Bank Transfer) within 5 to 10 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items on clearance sale, undergarments, or products that have been used/washed are not eligible for return due to hygiene and policy reasons.
